A mother is her son’s first love.

The way she loves him will pave the way for him to love women.

The way she talks to him, honors his feelings and needs, teaches him boundaries by honoring them herself, loves herself and takes care of her own feelings and needs with her spouse, gives him quality time, and speaks to his identity in Christ will guide him as a future leader, lover, protector, and provider.

Their identity, purpose, and Authority will be rooted in what God says about them, rather than seeking validation and acceptance from the world. When you live like this, your children will not only see that transformation in you but also receive it from your spouse, if they have experienced this kind of transformation as well.
