Dear one, I’ve been there!

I know what it’s like to suffer, and now I know what it’s like to be set free as well.

Growing up in a Christian home, I did all the right things: I tried to please my parents, was in church five days a week, served in several ministries at the same time, stayed pure until marriage, didn’t use drugs, and yet I still suffered with secret pain that no one knew about.

Why? Because I never heard of anyone sharing their pain, it was embarrassing and “would make your family look bad.”

It wasn’t until my marriage was on the rocks and my life was on the line that I finally sought help.

I figured, I can’t help myself anymore, so someone has to, or else life wasn’t worth living–I was that desperate!

Six years ago, my life changed when I decided enough was enough, and I reached out to a Christian Therapist.

She directed my eyes towards Jesus and helped me discover my identity, purpose, and authority in Christ. We healed the past trauma that kept me stuck. She helped me program my mind by using the Word of God as my new thought process of truth instead of always repeating the lies. 

Since then, the Lord has taken me on a healing journey to set me free from all of the above. It transformed my life, saved my marriage, and brought healing that led to the birth of two of my precious sons.

This is just the beginning! God continues to burn a fire in my heart for our Slavic Christian community, and the prayer in my soul continues, “Lord, send me every soul that needs to know about your love, hope, and freedom. May every man, woman, and child know that they are loved by you. You died to set the captives free, so use me to go and liberate those still in emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational bondage.
